Yoga II / III

Mondays, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
April 1 to June 10
(no class 4/15, 4/22, 5/27)


Yoga II

Tuesdays, 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.
April 2 to June 11
(no class 4/16, 4/23, 5/28)


Yoga I

Thursdays, 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.
April 4 to June 6
(no class 4/11, 4/18)


Yoga I / II

Thursdays, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
April 4 to June 6
(no class 4/11, 4/18)




Cost:  $150 for the 8-week series.  Spaces will be reserved with checks only.  Please note:  No refunds after 2nd week of class.

Drop-Ins:  Drop-ins ($22) are possible if space is available.

Make-Ups:  Make-ups are possible in other classes in the current session.  Please note:  Make-ups are not carried over into future sessions.

What to wear:  Comfortable but close-fitting clothes.  Please no perfume or heavy jewelry.  We do yoga in bare feet.



Private Sessions

Private sessions are recommended for students who want to further their knowledge, get extra attention for specific physical issues, advance their at-home practice, or fit-in a yoga session when their schedule is complicated.  Please talk to Donna about proper time allotment and costs to fit your specific needs

OUT-of-STUDIO CLASSES 

Donna also teaches select group classes and workshops at outside locations. Please contact her for your specific needs.
